Black History Month in February is a time that we honor and celebrate the culture, history, and contributions of Black Americans. Recognizing this important month in schools and classrooms can help students and families feel seen, heard, and valued. It also provides opportunities for all students to learn about the significant contributions of Black Americans to our nation’s prosperity and spirit.
